Management Consultant (Cross-border & SME Focus)
Role Summary:
Responsible for delivering end-to-end consulting projects, from diagnosis to implementation. Ideal for a consultant who can handle strategic planning, operational efficiency, and financial management for SMEs across Asia-Pacific region and North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market entry positioning and regional roadmap planning for cross-border SMEs.
Diagnose client pain points in operations and organisation, providing process reengineering and lean optimisation solutions.
Assist in building financial and performance management systems (budget control, KPI setup).
Prepare and deliver high-quality strategic reports, presentations, and client workshops.
Manage 2-3 client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
2-4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business analysis (SME experience preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset.
Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Willingness to understand Asia-Pacific region and North American business cultures.
Digital Transformation & Tech Consulting Analyst
Role Summary:
Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role focuses on digital process re-engineering, management system implementation, and technology-enabled business optimisation for traditional SMEs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess client’s current digital maturity and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Advise on digital transformation roadmaps, including CRM, ERP, or workflow system selection and implementation.
Support project-based advisory on business transformation and management system rollouts (e.g., ISO, SOP digitisation).
Collaborate with clients in Asia-Pacific region and North America to translate business requirements into technical specs.
Monitor digital adoption and provide post-implementation support and training.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in business analysis, tech consulting, or project management (digital transformation projects preferred).
Basic understanding of cloud-based business tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, or Microsoft Power Platform).
Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
Organise webinars, workshops, and content marketing to build brand authority.
Gather client feedback and market insights to refine service offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client management (consulting or professional services preferred).
Self-starter with hunter mentality and relationship-building skills.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work across time zones.
